Warranty Policy

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

 

All pre-assembled LED wheel lights and rock lights are covered under our Limited Lifetime Warranty. This warranty applies to manufacturer defects and product failure under normal use. Wheel lights that fall off the vehicle are not covered under this warranty.

90-DAY WARRANTY

 

DIY kits and portal lights are covered by a 90-day limited warranty against product failure from the date of purchase.

EXCLUSIONS

 

The following are not covered under any warranty program:

• Any modification or alteration made to the product
• Damage caused by improper installation
• Damage resulting from an external or unrelated source
• Normal wear and tear
• Non-transferable warranties (warranty applies only to the original purchaser)

HOW TO SUBMIT A WARRANTY CLAIM

 

All warranty claims must be submitted via email to maccustomsllc@gmail.com. Claims will not be processed without the required information.

• Order number
• Full name
• Contact information
• Clear photos of the defective product
